1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the taya465 website at taya465.net, downloading or using the taya465 mobile application, or placing any wager or bet through the taya465 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms apply to all users of the taya465 platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing taya465 content through any device or medium. These Terms are effective as of the date of your first access to taya465 and remain in effect for the duration of your use of the platform.

taya465 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number or via a notice on the taya465 platform. Your continued use of taya465 following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the taya465 platform for real-money gaming is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines;
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform;
• You are not a person who has been self-excluded from taya465 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program;
• You are not accessing taya465 on behalf of any third party for the purpose of placing wagers;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

3Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on taya465, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one taya465 account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

• Non-Transferability: Your taya465 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Corporate Accounts: taya465 does not accept registrations from corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities. All accounts must be registered by and belong to a natural person.

4Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your taya465 account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number.

• You must not share your taya465 password, OTP, or any other account access credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or taya465 support staff. taya465 will never ask for your password.
• You must notify taya465 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your registered mobile number has been compromised.
• taya465 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and using a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.
• taya465 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• You must log out of your taya465 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the taya465 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• taya465 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and local Philippine bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit card.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the taya465 deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice.
• taya465 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the name on your taya465 account.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete full identity verification (KYC). taya465 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• taya465 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Any bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.

6Bonuses & Promotions

taya465 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all taya465 bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are disclosed at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonuses are credited to your taya465 account in PHP and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms before any withdrawal can be made.
• taya465 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and subject to active wagering will not be retroactively removed.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• taya465 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in bonus hunting, or otherwise acted in bad faith.
• Players who have self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible to receive or use bonuses.

7Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the taya465 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gaming terms apply across all taya465 games:

• RNG Certification: All taya465 random number generator (RNG) games are independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The outcomes of RNG games are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player or taya465 staff member.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games use physical cards, wheels, and equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. Game outcomes are determined by the physical results of each round and are streamed in real time.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya465 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one taya465 account, or registering an account using another person's identity or details;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the taya465 platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the taya465 platform to gain an advantage, and failing to report such issues to taya465 support;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;
• Using the taya465 platform for any money laundering activity or in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines;
• Accessing taya465 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your taya465 account by any third party, including for the purpose of placing bets on your behalf;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the taya465 platform or the experience of other players.

9Responsible Gaming

taya465 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your taya465 account to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming by activating a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

10Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the taya465 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any taya465 content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on taya465 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any taya465 software;
• Use the taya465 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya465 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the taya465 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond taya465's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the taya465 platform;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks.

taya465's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your taya465 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit taya465's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

12Suspension & Termination

taya465 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• taya465 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with your account;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• taya465 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent Philippine authority;
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, taya465 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in your account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach (such as voluntary closure or inactivity), any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your taya465 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

13Privacy & Data Protection

taya465 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering a taya465 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

taya465 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is shared only with trusted service providers who assist in the operation of the taya465 platform, and only to the extent necessary for those purposes, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

14Amendments to These Terms

taya465 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on the taya465 website at taya465.net/terms-conditions, with the effective date of the latest revision indicated at the top of the page.

Where taya465 makes material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number or via a prominent notice on the taya465 platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the taya465 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using taya465 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the taya465 platform, you agree to first contact taya465 customer support to seek an informal resolution. taya465 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 15 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Where the dispute involves a regulatory matter, it may be referred to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) or such other competent regulatory authority as may have jurisdiction.
